   LIPPS -- Urban R. Lips, aged 67, of Lowell, passed away Tuesday. He issu rvived by his wife, Mary Ann; children, Mrs. Harold (Shirley) Carigon, M rs. Al (Sandy) Roe and Ron Raymor of Lowell; his brothers, John of Cleve land, OH., Dexter of South Bed, IN., Leonard of Niles and Victor of Detr oit; his sisters, Mrs. Vida White and Mrs. Dora Burlay of MS.; seven gra ndchildren and one great-grandchild. Services will be Friday 1pm at th e funeral home, with Rev. Paul Dallaske of the Alton Bible Church offici ating. Interment in Mississippi.
